By downloading, installing, accessing, or using DABIHATI in any way, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Platform immediately and delete the application.
DABIHATI is a technology platform only. We are not a livestock dealer, butcher, meat trader, veterinarian, food safety inspector, or financial institution. We do not buy, sell, own, inspect, certify, transport, or guarantee any animal, meat product, or transaction. All responsibility rests solely with the users involved.
Welcome to DABIHATI, operated by TAFERNTE Cooperative ("we," "us," "our"). By using our mobile application and website (the "Platform"), you fully accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws of Morocco. If you disagree, you may not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts under Moroccan law.
You are solely responsible for: confidentiality of your credentials; all activities under your account; notifying us of unauthorized access; keeping your information accurate.
Never share OTP codes. Report breaches immediately. We are not responsible for losses from your failure to secure your account.
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, fees, or ratings is prohibited and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.
DABIHATI is a neutral digital marketplace. We are not a party to any transaction and do not act as agent, broker, or representative for any user.
We have no control over quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of listings. We do not verify identity, licenses, animal health, or legal compliance. Verification badges are user-reported and do not constitute our endorsement.
Displaying a listing does not constitute endorsement by DABIHATI. Users transact entirely at their own risk.
We are not responsible for the conduct of third-party services and disclaim all liability arising from their use.
Violation may result in immediate suspension, permanent ban, and reporting to Moroccan authorities. You agree not to:
Sellers bear full and sole responsibility for all content they post. Sellers guarantee compliance with Moroccan law, veterinary regulations, and halal standards.
DABIHATI does not guarantee any transaction will be completed, payment received, or descriptions accurate. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for their transactions.
Buyers are solely responsible for their own due diligence, including physical inspection of animals before purchase.
All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We may change our fee structure with reasonable notice.
All disputes must be resolved directly between parties. DABIHATI may offer optional mediation at our sole discretion but bears no liability for any dispute outcome.
All users must comply with Moroccan laws governing animal welfare, transport, slaughter, veterinary health, and food safety, including regulations of the Ministère de l'Agriculture and ONSSA. DABIHATI takes no responsibility for ensuring compliance. Legal liability rests entirely with users. We may remove non-compliant listings and report violations to authorities without notice.
All Platform content is the property of TAFERNTE Cooperative or its licensors, protected by Moroccan and international law. No copying, decompiling, or creating derivative works without written permission.
By posting content, you grant DABIHATI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content to operate and promote the Platform, without compensation obligation.
Any feedback or suggestions you submit become our exclusive property. We may use them freely without obligation or compensation.
Reviews must be honest, based on personal experience, and not incentivized. We may remove non-compliant reviews. Reviews represent individual opinions only.
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08.
We make no warranties about the quality, safety, or legality of listed animals; the trustworthiness of users; or Platform availability. You assume all risks.
This includes: loss of profits; personal injury or property damage; disputes or fraud between users; loss from purchasing diseased or misrepresented animals; service interruptions; unauthorized account access; regulatory penalties from your Platform use.
Liability Cap: Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) MAD 500. If dissatisfied, your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DABIHATI, TAFERNTE Cooperative, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms; your listings, products, or transactions; your violation of any law; any content you post; your negligence, misconduct, or fraud; and any harm you cause to others on the Platform.
We reserve the right — but not the obligation — to monitor, edit, or remove any content at our sole discretion. Monitoring does not create any duty of care toward users or third parties. Our decision to investigate or not investigate any report shall not create liability.
Contact contact@dabihati.com to terminate your account. Outstanding obligations survive termination.
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, without liability. Our decision is final and non-appealable.
Sections 10, 11, 12, 16, and 17 survive termination.
We do not guarantee Platform availability at any time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform without notice or liability. We are under no obligation to maintain, support, or update the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
You must contact contact@dabihati.com and allow 30 days for informal resolution before pursuing any formal proceedings.
Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Morocco under Moroccan arbitration law. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.
You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity. Class actions and collective proceedings are strictly prohibited.
For matters not subject to arbitration, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco.
Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to it. Claims brought after this period are permanently and irrevocably barred.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the Platform immediately.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and DABIHATI.
If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions continue in full effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
We are not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms create no agency, partnership, or employment relationship.
In case of conflict between language versions, the English version prevails.
These Terms, entered into electronically, are as legally binding as a signed written contract.
BY USING DABIHATI, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE IN THEIR ENTIRETY.

DABIHATI est uniquement une plateforme technologique. Nous ne sommes pas marchand de bétail, boucher, commerçant de viande, vétérinaire, inspecteur sanitaire ou institution financière. Nous n'achetons, ne vendons, ne possédons, n'inspectons, ne certifions, ne transportons ni ne garantissons aucun animal, produit ou transaction. Toute responsabilité incombe exclusivement aux utilisateurs concernés.
Bienvenue sur DABIHATI, exploité par la Coopérative TAFERNTE ("nous"). En utilisant la Plateforme, vous acceptez pleinement ces CGU, notre Politique de Confidentialité et toutes les lois applicables du Maroc. Si vous n'acceptez pas, vous ne pouvez pas utiliser la Plateforme.
Vous devez avoir au moins 18 ans et être juridiquement capable de conclure des contrats contraignants selon le droit marocain.
Vous êtes seul responsable de la confidentialité de vos identifiants, de toutes les activités de votre compte, de la notification immédiate de tout accès non autorisé et de l'exactitude de vos informations.
Ne partagez jamais vos codes OTP. Signalez immédiatement toute violation. Nous ne sommes pas responsables des pertes dues à votre manquement à sécuriser votre compte.
La création de plusieurs comptes pour contourner des sanctions, des frais ou des évaluations est interdite et entraînera la résiliation permanente de tous les comptes associés.
DABIHATI est un marché numérique neutre. Nous ne sommes partie d'aucune transaction et n'agissons pas en qualité d'agent ou courtier.
Nous n'avons aucun contrôle sur la qualité, la sécurité, la légalité ou l'exactitude des annonces. Nous ne vérifions pas l'identité, les licences, la santé des animaux ni la conformité légale. Les badges sont déclarés par les utilisateurs et ne constituent pas notre aval.
L'affichage d'une annonce ne constitue pas une recommandation de DABIHATI. Les utilisateurs transactent à leurs propres risques.
Toute violation peut entraîner la suspension immédiate et un signalement aux autorités marocaines. Vous vous engagez à ne pas :
Les vendeurs assument l'entière et unique responsabilité de leur contenu. Ils garantissent la conformité avec le droit marocain, les réglementations vétérinaires et les normes halal.
DABIHATI ne garantit pas la réalisation de transactions, le paiement ou l'exactitude des descriptions. Acheteurs et vendeurs sont seuls responsables.
Les acheteurs sont seuls responsables de leur diligence, y compris l'inspection physique des animaux avant achat.
Tous les frais sont non remboursables sauf indication contraire. Nous pouvons modifier notre structure tarifaire avec un préavis raisonnable.
Tous les litiges doivent être résolus directement entre les parties. DABIHATI peut proposer une médiation optionnelle mais n'assume aucune responsabilité pour l'issue d'un litige.
Tous les utilisateurs s'engagent à respecter les lois marocaines sur le bien-être animal, le transport, l'abattage, la santé vétérinaire et la sécurité alimentaire (Ministère de l'Agriculture, ONSSA). DABIHATI ne prend aucune responsabilité pour la conformité. Toute responsabilité légale incombe entièrement aux utilisateurs. Nous pouvons supprimer des annonces non conformes et signaler des violations aux autorités sans préavis.
Tout le contenu est la propriété de la Coopérative TAFERNTE ou de ses concédants, protégé par le droit marocain et international. Toute reproduction non autorisée est interdite.
En publiant du contenu, vous accordez à DABIHATI une licence mondiale, non exclusive, libre de redevances pour utiliser ce contenu afin d'exploiter et promouvoir la Plateforme, sans obligation de compensation.
Tout retour ou suggestion soumis devient notre propriété exclusive. Nous pouvons l'utiliser librement sans obligation ni compensation.
Les avis doivent être honnêtes, basés sur une expérience personnelle et non rémunérés. Nous pouvons supprimer les avis non conformes. Les avis représentent uniquement des opinions individuelles.
Votre utilisation est régie par notre Politique de Confidentialité. Nous traitons les données conformément à la loi marocaine n° 09-08.
Nous excluons toute garantie sur la qualité, la sécurité ou la légalité des animaux listés, la fiabilité des utilisateurs, et la disponibilité de la Plateforme. Vous assumez tous les risques.
Plafond : Notre responsabilité totale ne dépassera pas le plus élevé entre : (a) les sommes payées dans les 12 mois précédant la réclamation, ou (b) MAD 500. Si vous êtes insatisfait, votre seul recours est de cesser d'utiliser la Plateforme.
Vous acceptez d'indemniser et de dégager de toute responsabilité DABIHATI, la Coopérative TAFERNTE et leurs dirigeants et employés contre toute réclamation, responsabilité, dommage et dépense (y compris honoraires d'avocat) découlant de votre utilisation de la Plateforme, de vos annonces, de vos transactions, de vos violations légales ou de tout préjudice causé à d'autres.
Nous nous réservons le droit — mais non l'obligation — de surveiller, modifier ou supprimer tout contenu à notre seule discrétion. La surveillance ne crée aucune obligation de diligence envers les utilisateurs.
Contactez contact@dabihati.com pour résilier. Vos obligations subsistantes demeurent après résiliation.
Nous pouvons suspendre ou résilier votre compte à tout moment, avec ou sans préavis, sans engagement de responsabilité. Notre décision est définitive.
Les articles 10, 11, 12, 16 et 17 survivent à la résiliation.
Nous ne garantissons pas la disponibilité de la Plateforme. Nous pouvons la modifier, suspendre ou interrompre à tout moment sans préavis ni responsabilité.
Ces CGU sont régies par le droit du Royaume du Maroc.
Vous devez contacter contact@dabihati.com et accorder 30 jours pour une résolution informelle avant toute procédure formelle.
Les litiges non résolus seront soumis à un arbitrage contraignant au Maroc. La décision de l'arbitre est définitive.
Vous acceptez d'agir uniquement en votre nom propre. Les actions collectives sont strictement interdites.
Toute réclamation doit être déposée dans un délai d'un (1) an. Passé ce délai, elle est définitivement irrecevable.
Nous pouvons modifier ces CGU à tout moment. Votre utilisation continue constitue votre acceptation. En cas de désaccord, cessez immédiatement d'utiliser la Plateforme.
Ces CGU et notre Politique de Confidentialité constituent l'intégralité de l'accord entre vous et DABIHATI.
Si une disposition est invalide, les autres restent en vigueur.
Notre non-application d'une disposition ne constitue pas une renonciation à nos droits.
Vous ne pouvez pas céder ces CGU sans notre consentement écrit préalable.
Nous ne sommes pas responsables des manquements dus à des circonstances hors de notre contrôle.
Ces CGU, conclues électroniquement, sont aussi contraignantes qu'un contrat écrit signé.
EN UTILISANT DABIHATI, VOUS RECONNAISSEZ AVOIR LU, COMPRIS ET ACCEPTER D'ÊTRE LÉGALEMENT LIÉ PAR CES CGU DANS LEUR INTÉGRALITÉ.

DABIHATI هي منصة تكنولوجية فقط. لسنا تجار ماشية أو جزارين أو أطباء بيطريين أو مفتشي سلامة غذائية أو مؤسسات مالية. لا نشتري ولا نبيع ولا نمتلك ولا نفحص ولا نضمن أي حيوان أو منتج أو معاملة. تقع المسؤولية الكاملة على عاتق المستخدمين المعنيين حصرًا.
مرحبًا بك في DABIHATI، الذي تديره التعاونية TAFERNTE ("نحن"). باستخدام المنصة، تقبل هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية وجميع القوانين المعمول بها في المملكة المغربية. إن كنت لا توافق، لا يحق لك استخدام المنصة.
يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عامًا على الأقل وأن تكون مؤهلًا قانونيًا لإبرام عقود ملزمة وفق القانون المغربي.
أنت المسؤول الوحيد عن: سرية بياناتك؛ جميع الأنشطة في حسابك؛ الإخطار الفوري بأي وصول غير مصرح؛ ودقة معلوماتك.
لا تشارك رموز OTP أبدًا. أبلغ عن أي خرق فورًا. لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن الخسائر الناجمة عن إهمالك في تأمين حسابك.
إنشاء حسابات متعددة للتحايل على الحظر أو الرسوم أو التقييمات محظور وسيؤدي إلى إنهاء دائم لجميع الحسابات المرتبطة.
DABIHATI سوق رقمي محايد يربط المشترين بالبائعين. لسنا طرفًا في أي معاملة ولا نتصرف بصفة وكيل أو وسيط.
لا نتحكم في جودة أو سلامة أو قانونية أو دقة أي إعلان. لا نتحقق من هوية المستخدمين أو تراخيصهم أو صحة الحيوانات. شارات التحقق معلنة من المستخدمين ولا تمثل موافقتنا.
عرض إعلان لا يعني تأييد DABIHATI له. يتعامل المستخدمون بالكامل على مسؤوليتهم الخاصة.
قد يؤدي الانتهاك إلى تعليق فوري وإبلاغ السلطات المغربية. توافق على عدم القيام بما يلي:
يتحمل البائعون المسؤولية الكاملة والحصرية عن محتواهم ويضمنون الامتثال للقانون المغربي واللوائح البيطرية ومعايير الحلال.
لا تضمن DABIHATI إتمام أي معاملة أو استلام الدفع أو دقة الأوصاف. البائعون والمشترون وحدهم المسؤولون.
المشترون مسؤولون وحدهم عن عنايتهم الواجبة، بما في ذلك الفحص الجسدي للحيوانات قبل الشراء.
جميع الرسوم غير قابلة للاسترداد ما لم يُنص على خلاف ذلك. يحق لنا تغيير هيكل الرسوم مع إشعار مسبق معقول.
يجب حل جميع النزاعات مباشرة بين الأطراف. قد تقدم DABIHATI وساطة اختيارية وفق تقديرها المطلق دون تحمل أي مسؤولية.
يلتزم جميع المستخدمين بالقوانين المغربية المتعلقة برفاهية الحيوان والنقل والذبح والصحة البيطرية وسلامة الغذاء (وزارة الفلاحة، ONSSA). لا تتحمل DABIHATI أي مسؤولية عن ضمان الامتثال. تقع المسؤولية القانونية بالكامل على عاتق المستخدمين. يحق لنا حذف الإعلانات غير الممتثلة وإبلاغ السلطات دون إشعار.
جميع محتويات المنصة ملك للتعاونية TAFERNTE أو مرخصيها، محمية قانونيًا. يُحظر النسخ أو التفكيك أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة دون إذن كتابي.
بنشر المحتوى، تمنح DABIHATI ترخيصًا عالميًا وغير حصري وخاليًا من حقوق الملكية لاستخدام المحتوى لتشغيل المنصة وترويجها، دون أي التزام بالتعويض.
أي ملاحظات أو اقتراحات تصبح ملكيتنا الحصرية ويحق لنا استخدامها بحرية دون أي التزام أو تعويض.
يجب أن تكون المراجعات صادقة ومبنية على تجربة شخصية وغير مدفوعة. يحق لنا حذف المراجعات المخالفة. تمثل المراجعات آراء فردية فحسب.
استخدامك يخضع لـسياسة الخصوصية. نعالج البيانات وفقًا للقانون المغربي رقم 09-08.
لا نضمن جودة أو سلامة أو قانونية الحيوانات المدرجة، وموثوقية المستخدمين، أو توافر المنصة. تتحمل جميع المخاطر.
الحد الأقصى للمسؤولية: لن تتجاوز إجمالي مسؤوليتنا الأعلى من: (أ) المبالغ المدفوعة خلال الـ 12 شهرًا السابقة للمطالبة، أو (ب) 500 درهم مغربي. إن كنت غير راضٍ، سبيلك الوحيد هو التوقف عن استخدام المنصة.
توافق على تعويض DABIHATI والتعاونية TAFERNTE ومسؤوليها وموظفيها من أي مطالبات وأضرار وتكاليف ونفقات (بما في ذلك أتعاب المحامين) الناجمة عن استخدامك للمنصة أو انتهاك هذه الشروط أو إعلاناتك أو معاملاتك أو انتهاكك لأي قانون أو أي ضرر تلحقه بالآخرين.
نحتفظ بالحق — لكننا لسنا ملزمين — بمراقبة وتعديل وإزالة أي محتوى وفق تقديرنا المطلق. لا تنشئ المراقبة أي واجب عناية تجاه المستخدمين.
تواصل مع contact@dabihati.com لإنهاء حسابك. تبقى مسؤولياتك القائمة سارية بعد الإنهاء.
نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق حسابك أو إنهائه في أي وقت، مع إشعار أو بدونه، دون تحمل أي مسؤولية. قرارنا نهائي وغير قابل للطعن.
تبقى المواد 10 و11 و12 و16 و17 سارية بعد الإنهاء.
لا نضمن توافر المنصة في أي وقت. يحق لنا تعديلها أو تعليقها أو إيقافها في أي وقت دون إشعار ودون مسؤولية.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة المغربية.
يجب التواصل مع contact@dabihati.com ومنح 30 يومًا للحل غير الرسمي قبل اللجوء لأي إجراء رسمي.
تُحال النزاعات غير المحلولة إلى التحكيم الملزم في المغرب. قرار المحكِّم نهائي وملزم.
توافق على رفع المطالبات بصفتك الفردية فقط. الدعاوى الجماعية محظورة تمامًا.
يجب رفع أي مطالبة خلال سنة (1) من تاريخ وقوع الحدث المنشئ لها. بعد ذلك يسقط الحق فيها نهائيًا.
يحق لنا تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. استمرارك في استخدام المنصة يعني قبولك. إن كنت لا توافق، أوقف الاستخدام فورًا.
تشكل هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية الاتفاقية الكاملة بينك وبين DABIHATI.
إن بُطل أي بند، تبقى سائر البنود سارية المفعول.
تقاعسنا عن تطبيق أي بند لا يعني التنازل عن حقوقنا.
لا يحق لك التنازل عن هذه الشروط دون موافقتنا الكتابية المسبقة.
لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن الإخفاقات الناجمة عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.
هذه الشروط، المبرمة إلكترونيًا، ملزمة قانونيًا تمامًا كعقد مكتوب موقَّع.
